Mr. Md. Habibullah, FCA obtained his Master Degree in Accounting from Dhaka University. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Bangladesh in May 1983. Prior to establishing Habib Sarwar Bhuiyan & Co. Mr. Habibullah worked as the Chief Accountant of Micro Industries Development Assistance Society (MIDAS) and as the Financial Controller of The Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka, AMANRESORTS Limited which is a chain of luxury resort hotels in different Countries of the world with its head office in Hong Kong and an International NGO in Dhaka. He is the Managing Partner of Habib Sarwar Bhuiyan & Co. Chartered Accountants since 1993
In addition Mr. Habibullah has engaged in the factory-monitoring visit and compliance audit of about 35 garments industries in Dhaka and Chittagong on behalf of the consultant and has vast experience in Auditing, Accounting, income tax related works, company formation and secretarial matters, Preparation of Personnel Policy Manual, Purchase Manual, Provident Fund Trust Deed and Rules and IPO related works. Mr. Habibullah has also participated in many official assignment, professional services, conferences and training programs in Australia, China, USA, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, India and several other countries of the world.

Mr. Mohsin Bhuiyan FCA obtained his Master Degree in Accounting from Chittagong University. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Bangladesh in 1980 and was Awarded ICAB’s Gold & Silver Medals for his outstanding performance in CA Examination. He completed his articleship from Rahman Rahman Hoq Chartered Accountants, Chittagong. Prior to joining as partner of Habib Sarwar Bhuiyan & Co. Mr. Mohsin Bhuiyan worked as the Chief Accountant of Bangladesh Film Development Corporation. General Manager Accounts, Audit, Finance & Planning, Insurance & Claims of Bangladesh Shipping Corporation.
Mr. Shah Alam Mridha FCA (733)
Mr. Shah Alam Mridha FCA obtained his Bachelors of Commerce Degree and Bachelors of Law from Dhaka University. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Bangladesh in 1997. He completed his articleship from A Qasem & Co., Chartered Accountants. In his illustrious career he has worked in various organisations such as The Rural Electrification Board as AGM in Pirojpur Pally Bidyut Samity, Maulovi Bazar Pally Bidyut Samity, as DGM & AGM of Feni Pally Bidyut Samity. Then he moved to Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation or PKSF which is a financial institution founded by the Government of Bangladesh to finance rural development and provide training to the needy. There he served in many ranks finally retiring as General Manager in the year 2014. Next he served as a Partner in MM Rahman & Co., Chartered Accountants and later as Partner of Masud Altaf & Co., Chartered Accountants. He joined our firm Habib Sarwar Bhuiyan & Co., Chartered Accountants in 2019.
Mr. Ashraf Hossain Mondal FCA (537)
Mr. Ashraf Hossain Mondal FCA completed his BCOM from Sirajgonj Government College and Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1975 and was admitted as Fellow Chartered Accountant in 1993. In his illustrious career he worked in various different organizations and industries from Banks/Financial Institutions to Group of Companies. In Bangladesh Krishi Bank he has served in various ranks or positions in both Head Office and District Offices. Next he joined Bashundhara Group where he worked many years in charge of various concerns of Bashudhara. Next he joined as a Partner in Shahadat Rashid & Co., Chartered Accountants which later became M/s Fames & R., Chartered Accountants. Next he joined as a Partner of SR Islam & Co., Chartered Accountants. He joined Habib Sarwar Bhuiyan & Co., Chartered Accountants.
